RNWO127
Dacor RNWO127 Wall Oven Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Temperature sensor after years of self-clean
- Keypad membrane that registers stuck keys
- Latch that does not lock
- Door gasket and hinge condition
The RNWO127 is a former Renaissance 27-inch single wall oven, and Dacor no longer sells it. Suffix versions include RNWO127EB, RNWO127EW and RNWO127FS. It was built to a compact width and still turns up in kitchens fitted around it.
A sensor that has been through years of self-clean heat can drift or fail, and then the oven heats the wrong amount. A worn keypad membrane can send a stuck-key signal, which locks the oven out. The latch that secures the door must lock before a clean can start, so a latch that does not lock stops the cycle. We test all three.
Parts for 27-inch Renaissance ovens are scarce. We read the model and serial from the label and look up availability before you pay anything. A written price follows.

Error codes this model can show
Why does my oven not start a self-clean?
The door has to lock first. If the latch does not lock, the control will not begin. We test the latch motor, the switch and the door position.
What is a stuck-key keypad?
A worn membrane can behave as if a key is held down. The control may then ignore other keys or lock out. We test the keypad and replace it if it is the cause.
Does a drifting sensor mean the oven is finished?
Not at all. The sensor is a separate part, often a modest repair. We test it first, then confirm the control is reading it correctly.
