Among Discovery iQ ovens, the DYO130 is the 30-inch single wall oven. Dacor has stopped selling it new, but plenty of these ovens still cook dinner across Houston, and repairing them is part of our work. Labels on these ovens may read DYO130B, DYO130S or DYO130FS.
The touch display is what makes this oven different on the service bench. It sets its clock over Wi-Fi and starts both Self Clean and a steam-assisted light clean called Green Clean. When an oven like this freezes, restarts by itself or keeps the door locked after a cycle, we begin at the display and the door lock, then follow the wiring behind them.

Why does my DYO130 display freeze or restart?
On a touch-display oven like this one, we check the display connection, the control board and the power feed first. A freeze that clears after a power reset still deserves a look, because it usually returns.
Can you fix the Wi-Fi clock on a DYO130?
Yes. We check whether the oven is losing its network link or simply losing the time setting, since those need different fixes. Then we confirm the clock holds through a power interruption before we leave.
The door stays locked after Green Clean. What do we do?
Do not force the door. We test the latch motor and the lock switch, because the oven will not release the door until it senses the lock has opened. Waiting for the cavity to cool is the first step.
