What OPn means

An OPn on Dacor Heritage wall ovens (HWO127, HWO130, HWO227, HWO230) and Distinctive DO130 and DO230 ovens means the meat probe was detached after you tapped PROBE. The probe symbol blinks and OPn appears on the display. In plain words, the oven was expecting a probe reading and the connection was gone. It is not a heating failure. These older ovens are still in daily use around Houston, and we repair them.
