What C-21 means

C-21 on a Dacor DOP Transitional or Contemporary range, including the DOP48T960GS, DOP48C96DLS and the DOP30T940IS induction range, means the internal temperature is unusually high and the range is overheating. The control is protecting itself and the cabinets around it. You see C-21 on the display, and the oven may shut down or refuse to start until things cool.
