The Dacor ERD36 is an Epicure dual-fuel range, 36 inches wide, also sold as the ERDE36. Its electrical needs are specific: a 240V, 4-wire, 30A supply with a 5.0 kW connected load. Dual-fuel means gas burners with an electric oven. It is an older model that owners still depend on in many kitchens.
The 4-wire connection is where we begin.
