The Dacor DOP48T960D is a Transitional 48-inch dual-fuel steam range. The large oven holds 6.4 cu. ft. and the small one holds 2.4 cu. ft., and six burners cover 9,000 to 22,000 BTU. The ovens offer Air Fry, Air Sous Vide, and Dual Four-Part Convection.
Because Air Fry depends on moving air, the convection fan is one of our first checks. Noise, vibration, or a fan that stops tells us to look at the motor and the fan wheel.
