The Dacor DOC30P977D is a Transitional combination wall oven with steam, 30 inches wide. Above a 4.8 cubic foot steam oven sits a 1.9 cubic foot speed oven, and the front has a Wi-Fi LCD and knobs. The upper oven can air fry, sear and broil. The supply is 240V or 208V at 40A, and the model is current.
The upper oven does more than most, and a broad menu makes uneven heating a useful clue.
