My new built-in refrigerator is warm but the lights work. Why?
Cooling Off mode may be on. It turns off the cooling while the display and lights stay on, which is common after delivery. We confirm that setting first, and if cooling is still weak we move on to the sealed system.
The freezer drawer will not close all the way. What do you check?
We look for something blocking the drawer, test the slides and brackets, and check the drawer seal. A drawer left slightly open lets in warm air, and frost follows quickly.
