Why will my grill not light?
A dirty or wet igniter, a blocked burner port, an empty tank or a closed valve are the common causes. Check the tank and let the grill dry. If it still will not light, we test the igniter and the valve.
Who handles gas line work on a grill?
Gas line work, conversions between natural gas and propane and new gas connections go to a licensed plumber. We repair the grill itself and tell you when a gas connection needs a plumber.
Can rusted burners be repaired?
