The IWD24 is a 24-inch panel-ready warming drawer with 1.33 cubic feet of space. It was designed to sit under Dacor wall ovens, microwaves and cooktops, and it uses a 120-volt, 15-amp circuit, with controls for time, temperature and humidity. The cabinet panel makes it look like part of the kitchen.
The panel is also the thing we look at first when the drawer misbehaves. A custom front adds weight, and the slides can wear or drop out of adjustment, leaving the front uneven with the cabinet. We adjust or replace the slides and check that the drawer closes squarely. Blinking lights tell us the drawer is reporting a problem, and condensation inside points us to the humidity setting and seal.

Usually. We adjust the slides and check how the panel is mounted. If the slides are worn from the weight, we replace them so the drawer lines up again.
Why is there water inside the drawer?
Condensation comes from humidity trapped in the drawer, so we check the humidity setting, the seal and whether the drawer closes squarely, and we look at the vent.
