Why is my cellar display flashing with an alarm?
It is signaling that the temperature is off. We measure the actual temperature and test the sensor, fan and cooling parts to find the reason.
The door alarm sounds but the door is closed. Why?
The door may not be seating, or the switch may be worn. We check the seal, the alignment and the door switch, then test that the alarm stays quiet when the door is closed.
My shelves stick on their slides. Can that be repaired?
Yes. The EasyGlide slides may only need cleaning and adjustment. If they have worn, we replace them where parts can be found, and we check the shelf runners as well.
